About this talk

The threats to financial data are continuously evolving and newly-introduced compliance standards require more stringent enforcement. Now firms are challenged to adapt their security and compliance strategy to the new reality - virtual workforces, remote training, and testing for new technology, and improved digital performance to accommodate higher volumes of customer transactions. As the industry grows more interconnected and complex, maintaining security, governance, compliance, and reducing risk become more challenging amid this growing complexity. Roundtable delegates will discuss the challenges we all face around security, risk, and compliance in this new environment and share thoughts on how we can make sure security does not become an afterthought. Panel: Russ Popeil, Manager, Solutions Architecture, North America Financial Services, Red Hat (moderator) Lucy Kerner, Principal Security Global Technical Evangelist and Strategist, Red Hat Jamil Mina, Chief Solutions Architect, Financial Services, Red Hat Todd Ruback, Director, U.S. Privacy, Promontory Financial Group, an IBM company
