GridDB is an open source In-Memory NoSQL database best suited for mission critical IoT applications. Toshiba's GridDB offers high performance, high scalability and high reliability that are essential for IoT systems. GridDB supports Time Series data and numerous functions that operate on data associated with time-stamps. In-Memory architecture of GridDB lets primary data to be stored and processed in memory while simultaneously offering disk persistence (SSDs and HDDs) and thus significantly enhancing the performance of the entire system. GridDB's massive scale-out architecture allows for adding nodes on the fly without interrupting the running system. GridDB's hybrid cluster management with advanced master-slave model eliminates the risk of Single Point of Failure ensuring quick failover and high reliability.
