In part, we could puts its increasing interest down to a series of world events. Many issues are prompting investors to invest for a positive change, as well as a positive return. These include the current global pandemic, extreme weather incidents and wildfires, more inequality and increasing populist politics.

Some sectors, like retail, face long-term challenges, while others, like logistics, are benefiting from structural tailwinds.
