Vasher is a Harvard Law School grad and former litigator, who has mediated and trained fellow negotiators and mediators at the Harvard Mediation Program and the Harvard Program on Negotiation in Cambridge, and at the Center for Conflict Resolution in Chicago. Since 2010, Sandy has been a corporate negotiation trainer and consultant, and her clients have included Fortune 500 companies in the automotive, energy, hospitality, medical, pharmaceutical, construction, and hobby industries, amongst others. She has a certificate in Instructional Design and has developed training programs in negotiation and mediation, as well as strategic thinking and problem-solving, communication, team-building and aboriginal consultation.
