About this talk

The global pandemic has impacted working moms tremendously. Research has shown that moms have always shouldered most of the household responsibilities, and now the coronavirus outbreak has exacerbated this inequity. Now, as our children return to school, we’re seeing that working moms are either having to step back from the workforce or are facing burnout from trying to keep up with it all. In this panel discussion, we will be discussing the following: • The importance of mindset and setting expectations (both at work and at home); • Re-establishing routines and finding support to help set you up for success; and • How to let go of “perfectionism” and overcome mom guilt.
