About this talk

In the past 20 years, the number of women leading the world's largest businesses has increased from two to 41. The number of women that have shattered the glass ceiling to land the CEO position in a high-ranking company is minimal. Though women comprise nearly half of the US workforce, they represent a much smaller space at higher levels of management. Whether working as the CEO or any other senior leadership position, women face several challenges as they climb the corporate ladder. The International Association of Women is launching a new program to support women in senior leadership positions. Please tune in on January 13 at 1 pm ET to learn how the SheSuite will help you succeed.
