About Kavitha Scranton: Kavitha Scranton received her Ph.D. in Immunology from the University of Massachusetts Medical School, where she studied the development and function of γδ T cells in the laboratory of Dr. Joonsoo Kang. She conducted her postdoctoral research at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard on T cell-mediated autoimmunity in the laboratory of Dr. Ramnik Xavier. In 2015, Kavitha joined Immunity as a scientific editor.
