In line with International Women’s Day, Morningstar DBRS researched female representation in the Canadian banking sector. While in Canada we see greater representation than global counterparts, there is still work to be done. Despite initial representation, gender diversity often stops progressing and hits a ceiling that is likely to bounce off.
