So far all attempts to deliver a simplified advice proposition seem to have failed, with a number of mass market advice firms having exited or reduced their exposure to the market. If we look at this topic differently is there in fact a way to engage with consumers proactively to ensure that more access the benefits from proper Financial Planning. Nick will turn the subject of simplified advice upside down and start from the same side of the table as the consumer and use learning's to consider some possibilities for an exciting solution.
