Victoria holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and has extensive experience developing and implementing enterprise-wide programs, conducting primary research, and translating data into actionable insights. He is a hands-on leader in analytics with over 16 years of international experience in analytics and dashboard design, adoption, and user experience.
