About this talk
This second session will focus on Irish Transfer Pricing changes introduced in the Finance Act 2019. We will discuss the impact of these changes on aviation finance structures focusing on the practical impact for captive finance companies and service companies in leasing groups. We will also cover new OECD compliant documentation requirements for Irish companies. These are important new rules which will require attention in the context of both new and existing structures.
Given the focus area of this second webinar is Transfer Pricing and may be of broader interest within the finance function, we have extended the invitee list to include (non-tax) finance professionals.
