About this talk

As you may be aware the Irish Department of Finance recently published the second Feedback Statement in relation to the implementation of EU Anti-Tax Avoidance Directive (“ATAD”) interest limitation rules. This Feedback Statement contains further details on how the rules might be implemented in Ireland and also invites comments from practitioners on various aspects of the rules. EY will host a webinar on Thursday 22 July at 9am to discuss the latest developments with regard to the Feedback Statement, the next steps and the timeline to implementation. We will also have a panel discussion to talk through some of the more important aspects across the various sectors in financial services.
