Most organizations only start thinking about the security of their Industrial Control Systems (ICS) after a compromise or government mandate, but this reactive approach often leads to costly operational disruptions and potential equipment damage, even injuries or fatalities. This webinar will explore the critical need for proactive security measures to protect ICS environments. Securing ICS environments is particularly challenging as these systems are critical to round-the-clock operations and cannot be easily taken offline for patching, updating, or upgrading. This webinar is designed for security professionals and industrial controls experts who want to learn how to effectively threat model and secure their ICS environments, rather than waiting until a compromise occurs.
Attendees will learn the following:
- Overview of a simple ICS network architecture
- Threat modeling an ICS environment
- Teams involved in ICS environment operations and security
- Implementing security measures to mitigate and capture ICS environment intrusions
- Aligning security controls with the IEC 62443 industrial cybersecurity standards
