He is one of the authors on the seminal 2016 FAIR guiding principles paper and has held senior roles in large pharmaceutical and computing technology companies, content providers, and biotechs. He holds master’s degrees in Molecular Biology from the University of California at Riverside, and in Computer Science from New Mexico State University.
