How hybrid fronting solutions can help MGAs navigate a challenging landscape

The secular tailwinds powering M&A activity remain firmly in place, triggering unusual demand for transactional liability insurance and warranty & indemnity (W&I). As the W&I market matured over the last decade, the barbell ends of the purchase price spectrum had the fastest growth.
