If you look around today, stress, has become part of a parcel of life. Everywhere you look people are suffering with stress and its negative consequences, such as anxiety, fear, worry, concern, that seem to be causing more stress. It’s a cycle is sometimes hard to get out of. It is said that 3 out of every 4 people suffer with stress.
In order to deal with stress most of the advice falls along the following areas: avoid something, such as alcohol, nicotine, caffeine, doing something: such as a physical activity, keeping a stress diary, manage your time, sleep better, talk to someone, be more assertive. While this advice is good, it doesn’t deal with the core issue of what is causing your stress.
In this webinar, we are going to put you in the driving seat. You are going to learn:
- What really causes your negative feelings, which lead to stress
- How to recognise this yourself
- How by making one distinction, you can change your feeling and lower, if not eliminate your stress, with live practice included
