Just like a building needs good solid foundations to stay upright at all times, not just in the worst storms, so do us humans. Without solid foundations, we can find ourselves all too easily distressed, overwhelmed, unhappy, unhealthy and unable to show up as the most effective, impactful and confident versions of ourselves. Morning routines, spiritual practises, exercise, food planning, mindset rituals - all of these can make a big difference when they are implemented consistently. The difference to your physically and emotional wellbeing of having these habits in place can be dramatic, and in turn, impact on your career and whole life.
