About this talk

My inbox at the end of the year is often full of people urging me to 'set big, powerful New Year goals.' And then trying to sell me services to help me plan and achieve. I'm all for goal setting, chasing dreams, planning, but it's really important to stop and take stock first. If you're always chasing the next level, the next big win, the next half a stone to loose, there's a danger of never really feeling like you're actually achieving anything. You miss the joy and fulfilment of knowing you already got somewhere really wonderful. The end of the calendar year is a brilliant time to pause and take in everything that you've achieved, record all the happy memories that have been made, celebrate all the challenges you've overcome and reflect on the lessons learnt. Don't set any new goals until you've stopped to reflect on the last 12 months. This kind of review not only makes for a wonderful memoire of the year, it also boosts self-esteem and confidence and gives you a great perspective on what the year has actually meant for you in every area of life. It will also make you feel much more excited and positive about what will be possible for you in the future to, and where you might want to focus for the future. In this webinar you will learn the key to reviewing your year constructively, including: The key headings to split life into, so that nothing important gets missed when you review your year. Powerful questions that will help you remember, interpret and celebrate. How to balance the good with the lessons and mess-ups constructively. How to feel amazing about the year that is ending so that your ideas about what your focus should be goal wise for 2019 is supportive of what actually makes you happy.
