Changing the world through innovation while embracing responsibility
About this talk
In the last decade, innovation has increasingly become short-term driven as we've embraced the mantras “Fail fast, learn fast” and “Move fast and break things”. We've learnt to innovate fast by iterating, trying one thing after another.
Unfortunately, when we iterate without a clear vision or strategy, our products become bloated, fragmented, and driven by irrelevant metrics. They catch “product diseases” that often kill innovation.
