About this talk

On March 15th President Biden signed into law the Cyber Incident Reporting for Critical Infrastructure Act (Cyber Incident Reporting Act) as part of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2022. Although signed into law, CISA (Cybersecurity Infrastructure Agency) will begin to write rules and procedures and release NPRM (Notice of Proposed Rule Making) to solidify the new law. Who are the affected organizations? What is the framework of the new law? What you should be doing now to prepare are just a few of the topics that we will discuss in this edition of On Point with Check Point.
