They want to work with brands that understand their needs, communicate how they want, and provide a connected customer experience from the first interaction through the entire relationship with that brand.
 
Digital Customer Acquisition is the new battleground for the tech industry. Companies that still think they can maintain a competitive edge by having a better product or solution are already losing to brands who understand the power of providing an amazing customer experience.

Cloud adoption is increasing job opportunities in Cloud Computing. The onslaught of the COVID-19 pandemic has expedited a rapid surge in the adoption of cloud computing infrastructure. Businesses significantly bolster their IT spending, especially in cloud services to rollout business models that meet remote working environments and help them to stay connected with each other. So, as more and more companies invest in cloud infrastructures, a job opportunity in the cloud industry is gaining momentum. 

According to Economic Times, the cloud computing market in India is expected to reach US$4 billion by 2020, from US$2.2 billion in 2018, at an annual growth rate of 30%. This surge in the cloud market will create a million cloud computing job roles by 2022.As businesses compete to lead the cloud ecosystem, they will seek the best talent. A 2018 Pearson VUE study reported that nearly 35% of technical professionals said getting certified led to salary or wage increases and 26% reported job promotions. However, a significant gender gap exists in cloud-based roles, with women accounting for only 12% of cloud computing workers worldwide. 

This webinar is designed to help women explore opportunities to join the cloud computing workforce. The June 15th CIO Power Panel will be an intimate conversation with the key executive women and allies leading large enterprise cloud transformations. This will be the first of Accenture’s quarterly series highlighting technology leaders who are leading from the front. It will be moderated by The Trust, The Wall Street Journal Barron’s Group, Stephanie Chang. Our objective is to provide industry POV around Cloud Journeys for 3 large enterprises, share personal and professional experiences for women leading these efforts, and discuss diversity within these programs. There will also be an adult speaker, Leah Remillét, Founder of THE CEO KID— a business course made just for kids.

The goal for the talk is to bring light to teaching kids about becoming youth entrepreneurs while helping parents and adults understand the benefits of supporting entrepreneurship in children.
