The likelihood of employee feedback fueling organizational success hinges on the actions taken based on that feedback. However, the momentum that is built before the survey is typically lost between telling employees what is going to be done as a result of their feedback and actually addressing issues to make positive, incremental changes. This can lead to higher levels of disengagement. Glint data shows people who don’t believe action will be taken are seven times more likely to report being disengaged compared to those who believe action will be taken.
Rather than perpetuating a broken system, Glint has reimagined action taking on survey feedback for today’s people-centric organizations. As we like to say, let’s move from action planning to action taking. We believe a new approach to acting on survey feedback is needed; one that consists of a set of unified practices, enabled by technology, that make action taking inherently collaborative. In short, we want to move from cumbersome action planning to action taking that is simple, collaborative, and integrated. The process and the technology work together to drive focus, create structure, and develop meaningful habits. Learn how in this webinar.
