The world has drastically shifted and organizations and their people are navigating a new set of challenges posed by these changes. Your people are foundational to your organization's ability to persevere. And many organizations have responded by putting their people first—from rapidly addressing employee’s physical safety in the mass migration to remote work to asking for feedback more frequently to providing resources to help them navigate the changes they face in their personal and professional lives. How can you support the happiness and success of your employees during a time like this?

We’d like to invite you to join us as we take a look at some of our People Success Predictions for 2021 and beyond.
What key priorities HR leaders may face in 2021
What 2020 taught us in terms of data trends and people priorities
What role well-being, productivity and technology will play in 2021
Why prioritise people? Because business prosperity depends on human ingenuity. That means we have a mission and an opportunity to use our own ingenious thinking to reinvent the employee experience. Competition demands that we attract, engage, and retain talented people; that we champion diversity, inclusion, and belonging; and that we help more people achieve happiness and success.
Ann Low, Senior Director, Learning & Development Asia Pacific Region LinkedIn & Katharine Coombes Senior Director, Talent Acq
While internal mobility was already a growing trend, it is definitely here to stay beyond 2020. Companies that excel at internal mobility are able to retain employees nearly twice as long as companies that struggle with it.
Rosanna Durruthy (VP of DIBs at LinkedIn) and Matt Roddan (People Science at Glint)
How are you adjusting your people programs and setting up your employees and organization for success?
Join us for a fireside chat with Rosanna Durruthy, Vice President of Global Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging at LinkedIn, and Matt Roddan, Head of People Science Consulting for North America at Glint, to discuss how organizations can drive meaningful conversations around the importance of creating inclusive workspaces where employees feel supported, thrive in their careers and have a strong sense of belonging.
Gavin Baxter, Director, People & Workplace, Astro & Archana Ramesh, Head of People Science, APAC, Glint
Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad (“Astro”) is Malaysia’s leading content and consumer company, serving 5.7 million or 75% of Malaysian households across its TV, radio, digital and commerce platforms.
In 2019, Astro identified a need for change within the business and embarked on its "Go Beyond" programme to focus on customer centricity, putting the customer at the heart of everything.
Astro was experiencing heightened competition in the market, changing brand perception as well as low levels of internal collaboration and reduced employee morale. All this was having an impact on customer satisfaction and customer churn.
The team identified three core behaviours which they believed would drive a change in the business - inclusivity, accountability and creativity - and set about putting them at the centre of everything they do.
As a result, the latest employee survey showed an increase in Customer Focus from 51% to 66% and Collaboration from 58 to 68%. Overall Employee Engagement has risen from 71% to 74%.
Join us as we discuss Astro's journey with Gavin Baxter, Human Resources Director, Astro. Hear more about how they defined the key drivers for change, built communication and collaboration within the organisation and translated that into an improved customer experience.
As the world of work changes, how can organizations reimagine their approach to employee productivity? They can start by letting go of the flawed idea of “tracking” productivity.

- How to use employee engagement insights and workplace behavior analytics to reimagine how work gets done
Susan Canny, Head of Sales (ANZ) - Learning Solutions & Glint, LinkedIn

Multiple survey approaches. Weeks of waiting for results. A major opportunity for company-wide synergy. Walgreens Boots Alliance (WBA) wanted to evolve its engagement program to create a level of agility that matched the pace with which its business is transforming. But where to begin?
In this webinar replay, Kyle Gerjerts, Director of Talent Management at WBA, the global leader in retail and wholesale pharmacy, sat down with Tom Nolan, Senior People Science Consultant at Glint, for a fireside chat on how this company evolved its employee engagement strategy to become more agile in the midst a global pandemic. Kyle will explain how WBA went from running siloed engagement survey programs, to standing up a consistent, yet locally flexible, process globally. In addition, he’ll explain how the COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated their need to listen to colleagues in a more agile, continuous manner.

There's a big reset happening at work. As we look forward to the next phase of recovery from the COVID-19 crisis, CEOs, HR pros, and employees are acknowledging that in the future, work is going to look very different.
In this fireside chat between Glint head of people science Justin Black and Josh Bersin, we'll explore the questions on every HR pro's mind: How do we "return"? What elements of work might be different? How can we use this as an opportunity to help our people be happier and more successful in the long-run? And, what would it look like to create a more people-centric organization?
Archana Ramesh, Head of People Science, APAC, Glint
The likelihood of employee feedback fueling organizational success hinges on the actions taken based on that feedback. However, the momentum that is built before the survey is typically lost between telling employees what is going to be done as a result of their feedback and actually addressing issues to make positive, incremental changes. This can lead to higher levels of disengagement. Glint data shows people who don’t believe action will be taken are seven times more likely to report being disengaged compared to those who believe action will be taken.
Rather than perpetuating a broken system, Glint has reimagined action taking on survey feedback for today’s people-centric organizations. As we like to say, let’s move from action planning to action taking. We believe a new approach to acting on survey feedback is needed; one that consists of a set of unified practices, enabled by technology, that make action taking inherently collaborative. In short, we want to move from cumbersome action planning to action taking that is simple, collaborative, and integrated. The process and the technology work together to drive focus, create structure, and develop meaningful habits. Learn how in this webinar.
