Theory vs Practice: Aligning AI Governance to the EU Artificial Intelligence Act

The European Commission is the first institution worldwide to propose a new legal framework to harmonize rules regarding the use of AI. The “Artificial Intelligence Act” will have significant consequences for organisations both within and outside the European Union. Hence, the question on everyone’s mind: “how will we implement AI Governance in our organisation and make sure we prepare for, comply with, and execute the new AI regulations?”.
In this webinar, our speakers will discuss this question and share their perspective on AI Governance, the trade-offs between planning for and implementing good AI practice, practical steps to be taken to start building "AI quality" into processes, as this is required by the Act, minimizing risk with internal policies, standards, skills, and training, and share stories of their experiences in the field.
