Lesley Malcolm M.A. (Hons), FCIPD is an international speaker and trainer on all aspects of wellbeing.
A graduate of the University of Glasgow in History, Politics & Economics with a post graduate degree in Human Resource Management from Glasgow Caledonian University.
Lesley started her career in HR, working with two of the biggest retailers in the UK and then with HP, the global computer manufacturer. Her focus whilst working in HR has always been Employee Relations, Managing Absence and Wellbeing.
Lesley now runs her own HR business and focuses on all aspects of wellbeing in the workplace, believing that ultimately if individuals feel well physically and mentally, they are more engaged and motivated in all aspects of their life.
