More about our speakers: Ida Luka-Lognoné is the CEO of Health global line of business at Allianz Partners. Prior to this appointment in 2015, Ida held multiple senior executive board positions in Allianz companies in EMEA and APAC regions. Allianz Partners is part of the Allianz Group, which serves more than 92 million customers in over 77 countries. A Polish and French citizen, Ida holds a Masters degree from Krakow University and Paris Inalco, and completed Executive Programs of INSEAD. She a sponsor of Allianz NEO, the Allianz global network that focus on gender inclusion. In recognition of her professional achievements and contribution to the French economy, Ida Luka-Lognoné was awarded the French Legion d'Honneur. Sandra Healy, Founder and CEO at Inclusio. She is an Organisational Psychologist and NLP Master Practitioner. Over 15 years she has championed and driven diversity and inclusion practice across industry and is considered one of the leading experts in D&I. Sandra won Entrepreneur of the Year at the Diversity in Tech Awards 2021. Simon Cahill leads the delivery of the people development services within the EMEA region in Allianz Partners. He has significant experience in organizational development within a multinational environment and is passionate about helping people to achieve their potential.
