About this talk

Targeted, personalised communications are the most effective as one size never fits all, but communicating in a way that reaches and empowers everyone can be challenging. Ideally, we’d have all the information we need at our fingertips to really understand the people we’re communicating with – whatever their age, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, ability or cultural background. Unfortunately, we often don’t have access to that level of detail so we need to make sure our communications are as accessible as they can be for the majority of people. Barnett Waddingham’s in-house creative agency, DrumRoll, will discuss how ‘refreshingly straightforward and inclusive’ communications can be achieved in all member facing communications.
