About this talk

The National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) and Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) approached Supermicro to co-design a highly scalable supercomputing cluster with challenging thermal requirements. The liquid-cooled cluster, called “Ruby”, runs demanding HPC workloads, including molecular docking calculations for finding therapeutic compounds capable of binding to the SARS-CoV-2 virus. This webinar is a replay of a presentation at SC20.
