Effectively enabling a remote workforce for true business continuity

Enabling a large proportion of your employees to work effectively whilst remote goes beyond just providing the necessary electronic tools. In this session, we will look at what it takes to deliver an effective business continuity strategy. We will discuss the modern tools and technologies that are available to enable a remote workforce – but will also look at what needs to be done to ensure employees are protected in cyberspace, as threat levels tend to increase in a time of crisis. Finally we will explore suggestions to keep employees engaged and motivated while they are working remotely – after all, the tools and technologies count for nothing if the employee is not engaged and motivated.
