Business as Usual in Testing Times - IT/ ITeS Virtual Roundtable Discussion

As we navigate the challenges posed by COVID-19 a new normal is set to emerge: most organizations are looking at ‘working from home’ as a viable solution to both reduce the operational burden and increase productivity. As a result, there will be a situation wherein employees will have to sign in remotely to corporate networks and access data through cloud-based applications. But this shift will surely create a new, target-rich environment for scammers, hackers, and phishers. It could also open doors to a range of security risks and cyber threats. And if compromised, the unauthorized access to stored information will have a devastating effect on the reputation, revenue, and continuity of business. To discuss these scenarios, DynamicCIO, in partnership with Akamai Technologies, organized a CXO Virtual Discussion on “Business as Usual in Testing Times.” The discussion was attended by nearly 13 top technology and security executives drawn from the IT/ITeS sector.
