About this talk

Covid-19 has had its influence on Asia in many ways, but economies have held up relatively well despite receiving far less government stimuli than developed economies. This does not mean that it is business as usual for investors in the region.     Asian markets, and China is exemplary of that, have been dominated by technology companies through the crisis and heavy cyclicals in the remarkable rebound. However, the visibility of future earnings growth of many of these businesses is affected by the actions and scrutiny from governments and central banks worldwide. Fortunately we see good opportunities in strong unappreciated franchises with good long-term growth prospects outside of the technology or heavy cyclical sectors. In this webinar, Baijing and David discuss a number of Regional and Chinese companies with consistent, visible earnings growth, many of which are currently underappreciated by the market.
