  • Shift Forward series 5: Now you have the data, sit back and let AI automate Dec 15 2020 4:00 pm UTC 47 mins
Lloyd Humphreys, Claus Christensen, Mike Jud
If you’re only going digital to make manual processes faster, you’re doing it wrong. Getting accounts payable digital is about building a foundation to redefine those processes. To reduce manual work, to be more flexible for future curveballs, and to build more strategic AP teams in order to gain competitive advantages. Companies on a course to reduce and transform work will be the strongest players in future markets.

This is the final event in a series of webinars that have highlighted the emerging trends and practices to prepare for a new world where organizations are leveraging digital to recover quickly and prepare for the future. And that future will be all about automation. Begin your automation journey today to significantly reduce exceptions and approvals. And you’ll be looking at a future that has zero approvals and is exception-free.

Meet our speakers Lloyd Humphreys, Senior Product Manager at Tradeshift, Claus Christensen, Product Manager at Tradeshift, and Mike Jud, Senior Director, Product Marketing at Tradeshift and learn:

    • Where to best apply automation for more straight-through processing in order to have the fewest touches
    • What AI is doing today for invoice matching, unplanned cost handling, coding, and reducing approval work
    • How to retain visibility and confidence in the results while giving control to AI
    • How one Tradeshift customer is aggressively automating and quickly achieving a 99% invoice coding success rate
  • Shift Forward series 4: The key to an agile supply chain is in the network Nov 24 2020 4:00 pm UTC 51 mins
Tradeshift: Roy Anderson CPO & Jonathan Laverentz Product Manager. Cain IQ: Richard Porcaro Head of Solutions and Services
Taking your supply chain digital isn’t just about doing the work faster. It’s also about building a better way to process across procure-to-pay functions in order to gain more insight to become strategic and agile. And right now is your opportunity to accelerate digital processes. Doing so enables more visibility, collaboration, automation, and straight-through processing to increase managed spend and touchless processes for all your spend categories while getting suppliers paid in days.

This is the fourth in a series of webinars that highlights the emerging trends and practices to prepare for a new world where organizations are leveraging digital to recover quickly and prepare for the future. In this session, we will capitalize on digital processes to network all internal and external supply chain stakeholders so that upstream and downstream processes not only run fast, but also are more agile, automated, collaborative, and aligned on shared objectives.

Join us for this presentation as our speakers discuss:

    • How a networked approach to procure-to-pay (P2P) helps automate straight-through processes that will get all spend under management and pay sellers in days
    • How a network aligns all stakeholders across physical and financial supply chains for better efficiency and results
    • Why B2B Marketplaces are at the forefront of the network approach to deliver accurate, enriched data to drive touchless AP
    • How a digital foundation leads to better customer success
  • Shift Forward series 3: What if you loved your commercial card program? Nov 3 2020 4:00 pm UTC 26 mins
Doug Anderson, Rehana Vohra, James Liu
Tracking corporate and employee spend can be hard enough. But it’s even harder as companies and teams have gone remote for the foreseeable future. Whether it’s the need for work-from-home equipment or to pay an urgent invoice, passing around a corporate card doesn’t always cut it. Instead, wouldn’t it be nice to have a seamless, digital solution to easily track and approve spend across your organization?

This is the third webinar in a series that highlights the emerging trends and practices for a new world where organizations’ supply chains can thrive and grow when exposed to uncertainty. A key part of that survival is the adaptability when it comes to company spend.

Join us for this live presentation as our speakers discuss:

    • How a virtual corporate card can create better insight into, and control over, your organization’s spend with real-time collaboration and approval tools
    • Ways to reduce the administrative burden, like end-of-month reconciliation, that typically comes with corporate card programs
    • How to see greater, immediate ROI, whether through rebates from issuing banks or just more time to focus on the work that matters

*Note: Tradeshift GO is currently available in North America with the expectation to expand into Europe in 2021

The recent crisis has exposed the need for businesses to adopt digital supply chain solutions to survive major disruptions. But a new standard is also emerging: digital supplier networks. Businesses are realizing that creating shared value with their sellers is key to minimizing disruption.

Srinath Vijayan, Genpact & Mike Jud, Tradeshift
Recent events have proven one thing: digital is now the standard. Or needs to be. 85% of global trade still runs on paper. But that gives accounts payable teams an opportunity. They can harness digital technologies to not only deliver on their company’s strategy but to upend it and prove how critical they are to innovation.

  • In turbulent times – Cash is King! Recorded: Aug 18 2020 30 mins

In the face of the greatest global economic crisis in decades, the importance of visionary financial leadership is at its peak. Shared Services is in a desirable position to be sought out for expertise and guidance on ways to manage working capital and improve cash flows. Delivering on these expectations requires a significant transformation from a finance transaction factory to a value-adding analytical advisory partner.

In turbulent times, cash is king. Yet the way cash is distributed through supply chains currently is unequal and unfair creating a situation where everybody loses. We need to break free from the status quo and create a better way to distribute finance through supply chains that deliver benefits to all.

  • Liquidez a tus proveedores en la cadena de suministros en crisis Recorded: Jun 25 2020 24 mins
Ralf Weigand, Regional Sales Director España & Portugal y Joachim Hermansson, Sr. Director Fintech Success
