The session provides an overview of the Cisco Catalyst Center integration with ServiceNow, the integration architecture, software required and compatible versions.

We will review the steps to configure the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) synchronization, Network Issue Monitor and Enrichment and Automation Events (Software Image Management) workflows. We will also provide the options available to customize the integration, sending information to ServiceNow REST API endpoints and staging table, or how to run custom workflows calling Catalyst Center REST APIs.
