The session provides an overview of the Cisco Catalyst Center integration with ServiceNow, the integration architecture, software required and compatible versions.

We will review the steps to configure the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) synchronization, Network Issue Monitor and Enrichment and Automation Events (Software Image Management) workflows.
