The session provides an overview of the Cisco Catalyst Center integration with ServiceNow, the integration architecture, software required and compatible versions.

We will review the steps to configure the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) synchronization, Network Issue Monitor and Enrichment and Automation Events (Software Image Management) workflows. What is LoRaWAN? How can you use it for your IoT deployment? This session will cover shortly the basics of this IoT technology and show how we implemented it with parking sensors in the Cisco office in Frankfurt, Germany. The testbed is straight forward: data is sent from the LoRa parking sensors from Bosch to the LoRa network server and from there to the backend (influx-db, python script with flusk, Grafana) to visualize it on a web-based dashboard.
