The session provides an overview of the Cisco Catalyst Center integration with ServiceNow, the integration architecture, software required and compatible versions.

We will review the steps to configure the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) synchronization, Network Issue Monitor and Enrichment and Automation Events (Software Image Management) workflows. We will also provide the options available to customize the integration, sending information to ServiceNow REST API endpoints and staging table, or how to run custom workflows calling Catalyst Center REST APIs. This hands-on workshop session will introduce the audience to the Cisco SD-WAN REST API documentation, the OpenAPI specification for Cisco SD-WAN and to Postman, a popular API platform used for developing and testing APIs. We will use the Cisco SD-WAN Always on sandbox as our test environment and will perform simple API calls to become more familiar with Cisco SD-WAN and REST API interfaces in general.
