The increase in passive investment strategies has posed unique challenges and opportunities for responsible investors. In particular, the explosion of sustainable passive products has seen an increasing innovation and complexity in how ESG integration and thematic strategies are approached. It has also raised questions regarding what meaningful stewardship looks like in a passive strategy. The Impact Management Platform: managing impact for investments

The IFRS Foundation Trustees announced the creation of the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) at COP26. The Board aims to deliver a global baseline of sustainability-related financial disclosure standards to provide global financial markets with information on companies’ sustainability risks and opportunities, building on established sustainability reporting initiatives. On 31 March 2022, the ISSB published exposure draft climate and general sustainability reporting standards for consultation until 29 July 2022. Once finalised, these will constitute IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards. During this webinar, we will hear from an IFRS Foundation representative to explore the exposure drafts, the next steps in the standard setting process and provide PRI signatories with the opportunity to address any questions during a Q&A session.
