Ten years since the Paris Agreement, what is the way forward for net zero policy? Join us for this webinar to explore the findings of the Taskforce on Net Zero Policy's COP30 report, “Policy Matters: From pledges to delivery – a decade after Paris.” The session will open with a keynote from Helena Viñes Fiestas, TNZP Co-Chair, who will reflect on the COP30 outcomes and their implications for policy and finance. We will then unpack the G20 policy progress in net zero policies along four focus areas examined by the Taskforce in 2025: - Transition planning integrity - Resilience-focused policies - Carbon credit markets - Accountability mechanisms The workstream leads of the TNZP Secretariat will present key findings of the COP30 Policy Matters report, highlighting gaps in regulatory frameworks and outlining priority actions for policymakers to seize the benefits of high integrity policies.
