The female proportion of people in leadership positions across Lloyd’s businesses has increased by one percentage point to 30% in the past year, according to the Corporation’s latest figures. The latest version of Lloyd’s culture dashboard revealed progress towards the market target of 35% female representation in leadership positions – including the presence of boards and executive committees and direct reports to the latter. With just over a quarter of businesses (26%) in the market have met or exceeded the 35% target, and 63% have increased the proportion of female leadership in the past year.
