About this talk

Underrepresented talent is paying close attention to whether companies are putting their budgets and time where their statements of support are. The companies that will weather the current series of crises are those who will take ownership and accountability for building equitable workplaces where marginalized people can truly belong. Talent acquisition plays a critical role in building diverse teams; but their role extends beyond the “D” of DEI. After all, if the organizations they recruit for don’t offer equitable, safe environments for underrepresented talent, those new hires won’t stick around. So what if your organization doesn’t have the foundations in place to attract and retain underrepresented talent over the long term? In this Gem webinar, Aubrey Blanche, Director of Equitable Design & Impact at Culture Amp, will discuss the ways in which companies can redesign their systems to build balanced teams with proportional representation, in which all members feel like they’re seen and belong.
