Wes Wu is a Human Capital leader and strategist, who transforms organizations for the rapidly changing workforce of the future. He is an early adopter of HR robotics and is skilled in delivering evidence-based business, human resources, and operational outcomes grounded in data analysis and insights.

Carla Williams leaning on her 20-plus years of HR experience in talent management, leadership development, operations, and technology, Carla has a passion for improving how work gets done by integrating technology into business processes. In her last human resources role before joining Visier, she built a Global HR Services team, focusing on delivering expertise in project/change management, process design and improvement, technology, and analytics.
