Lisa was drawn to value pricing when she started her boutique business advisory practice and found many of the thought leaders in the accounting space were preaching a conversion from the hourly bill to value pricing. What started as training to learn value pricing in her business turned into a passion for the topic because she quickly learned that the average business owner bases pricing products and services on emotion and not on facts or experience. Most business owners don’t understand the value that they bring to their customers and therefore de-value what they do. Women are especially known for undervaluing themselves in business. She shares the concept of understanding your value, developing pricing and the psychology of conveying price to your customers.
