Working from home isn’t new for all of us: for some, this is a permanent way of working which has both benefits and challenges, but for others this is totally new. In the current COVID-19 climate, working from home has taken on an entirely new dimension. There is more pressure to perform, we are working harder with less and there is the added fear of getting sick.
We’ve pulled together wellbeing experts from a cross-section of organisations to offer up some solid strategies for looking after yourself in these difficult and strange times. We are joined by James Routledge, Founder and CEO, Sanctus, Emma Mamo, Head of Workplace Wellbeing, Mind, Natasha Wallace, Founder and Chief Coach at Conscious Works and Clear Review’s Chief Consciousness Officer (Head of Wellbeing); Beth Samson, OD and People Advisor, Investors in People and Sean Ruane, Clear Review’s Director of Customer Success, to discuss whether we are really looking after our wellbeing while working from home.
During this webinar we are going to explore:
• What looking after your wellbeing really means.
• How the current COVID-19 crisis is impacting both physical and mental health.
• Realistic strategies for protecting your wellbeing while working remotely.
