Emotional Resilience is key during this time. Those with innately high levels will have a psychological buffer of ‘resources’ to help them cope, those without this advantage will benefit most from targeted support from their managers and employers. The developmental report from TEIQue gives a clear summary of development areas per trait and can be highly valuable during these times of uncertainty as well as exploring their behaviour under pressure from the PPA. Key lessons: - How to use TEIQue Development Report to identify the most affective support strategy required per person - Which traits are most likely to be associated with resilience – for example optimism, relationships, stress management and adaptability - Emotional Intelligence and behaviour as indicators of resilience and how you can use both TEIQue and PPA to create custom support plans for your employees. Carmen Amador Barreiro is a Business Psychologist in the Global Science Team at Thomas International. She is currently responsible for designing psychometric solutions for partners nationally and internationally, as well as advocating and onboarding new products to internal and external stakeholders. She is a registered member of the British Psychological Society and the Association of Business Psychologists. Alex Vincent is a Learning and Development Specialist at Thomas International. She designs and delivers psychometric accreditation training alongside soft skills workshops and training through the Thomas Global Academy. She has a strong commercial background and more than 30 years' experience in developing teams and senior management to achieve company targets.
