Jayson leads the Global Science function at Thomas; a group of psychologists applying business psychology, research methods and data analytics across Thomas International. Sitting within the Product and Technology group. Carmen Amador Barreiro has worked at Thomas since July 2018 and is a Business Psychologist in the Global Science team. She is currently responsible for designing psychometric solutions for partners nationally and internationally, as well as advocating and onboarding new products to internal and external stakeholders. Carmen has specific expertise in emotional intelligence and engagement as this was her main focus in her MSc thesis at University College London and she is a registered member of the British Psychological Society as well as the Association of Business Psychologists.
