Alan joined Version 1 in February 2014 as the Organisational Development Manager. He and his team are responsible for ensuring every employee can grow and develop their careers and unleash their potential in Version 1. In a previous life, he worked as a L&D consultant in Aviva Insurance, with a particular interest in areas such as performance management, employee onboarding, leadership development and the area of employee empowerment. His current role means he’s involved in every aspect of an employee’s career life cycle from the recruitment process to onboarding and beyond; working closely with leaders to ensure they’re equipped to drive the business forward and ensuring they have high performing teams. Alice Kiss is Customer Success Manager at Thomas international. She joined Thomas International in January 2020, after previously working in Learning and Development in the NHS. Her focus was on designing Leadership Development and values and behaviours programmes. Now in her role as Customer Success Manager she works closely with customers during onboarding and continues to help them see the value Thomas can bring to their business.
