Kira van Niekerk, Senior Global Training & Education Manager at Thomas International, is a registered psychometrist who has a passion for people excellence and the promotion of self-awareness at the individual, team and organisational level. She has experience facilitating team workshops and awareness sessions, with a focus on positive psychology and personal effectiveness. Kira has worked with a variety of clients in different industries and has experience in the industrial, clinical and medicolegal fields. She is also a certified mindfulness life coach. Alex Clinton has experience in sales, customer service and people management in the retail sector, and 15 years of corporate experience managing training operations and programmes in the IT and telecommunications sectors. Alex joined Thomas International UK in February 2013, and managed two client-facing teams before becoming a Global Training Specialist. She is accredited by the ILM as a Level 5 Business Coach and Mentor, and is an experienced team workshop facilitator. Her passions are developing self-awareness, people development and client development.
