Women in Investing: The "S" in ESG

Our panelists discuss gender differences in the workplace and opportunities that these present. The event begins with an explanation of the ASI Research Institute’s findings in A Woman’s Place: equality in the 21st century, on the topic diversity and inclusion through the lens of the male and female labor force. From there, the conversation focuses on female hedge-fund managers, who comprise an increasingly larger, more important proportion of the industry. We also explore initiatives that are underway to improve diversity in the venture-capital space.
