Shedding light on how these diverse stakeholders view pharmacist-provided services and value-based performance programs, Pharmacy Quality Solutions (PQS) has published its inaugural Industry Trend Report in Pharmacy Quality. The session will cover what challenges and opportunities payers face when trying to improve quality measure performance scores, what pharmacies are investing in for the future to support value-based programs with payers, and how consumers view the role of pharmacists now compared to the future. Other high-level performance trends in adherence and guideline-based measures will be reviewed and discussed.
