2020 marked a new beginning in the adoption of eSIMs into smartphones and connected devices. After years of hesitation and reluctance from concerned players, mainly MNOs, the eSIM technology started to be successfully implemented across the world, especially after the release of the first eSIM enabled smartphones. But with the upcoming multiplications of new eSIM devices, Interoperability are becoming the last crucial step for mass technology adoption. To solve that, Valid eSIM Interoperability as a Service program offers MNOs and OEMs a unique free-of-charge opportunity to test new eSIM enabled devices prior to their commercialization, with multiple MNOs/MVNOs eSIM profiles.
In partnership with the Security labs Fime and UL, Valid’s initiative already enrolled different MNOs and MVNOs in order to join the program and solve the interoperability issues of the eSIM ecosystem.
